Toyota of Dallas has the most experienced staff! I always get GREAT service, Robert Garcia right away took care of me. Was happy, cordial and professional - I am very happy with Toyota of Dallas. I love my Corolla - excellent car! Much appreciation for Toyota of Dallas, I always recommend Toyota of Dallas to my friends and family - I will not go anywhere else. more

Robert provided excellent customer service. He even went above and beyond the call of duty and handwashed the exterior of my car because it was so dirty. I really appreciated that! The cashier was also really nice and helpful. Great job Toyota! I'll be back. more

Love the vehicle 1/20/2011

Overall we were very pleased with the process of purchasing our fj cruiser from Toyota of Dallas. We are not usually the walk in and buy type of people. However, we loved the vehicle and our salesperson Calvin did a nice job of answering our questions and putting our mind at ease about our purchase. more

Love my Highlander 1/13/2011

I want to particularly commend Kelly Long for her extra work with me for hours on January 6. She was knowledgable about my Highlander and helped me clean out my 1995 Camry that I traded in during my cash purchase. Everyone I dealt with were courteous and not pushy at all. I will definitely refer my friends to this dealership. more

Did a great job 12/10/2010

Chris Hernandez did a great job and got me in and out much quicker than I expected. I feel more confortable taking my Toyota to a Toyota dealership as you will have the right parts and service needed. And I utilize the free WIFI service so I can get work done. Gregg Bartus more

Hybrid all the way 10/25/2010

Chris was absolutely fantastic. I went in planning on getting a Rav4 and came out with a Hybrid Highlander and it was an excellent experience. I'd definitely refer anyone interested in buying a car to Toyota of Dallas and tell them to ask for Chris. more

The only reason I go back to Toyota of Dallas for my cammry and my wife's sieena is for the GREAT SERVICE I receive from Jeff Singleton. He is always helpful, professional, always in a good mood and remebers me by name. Toyota of Dallas should take good care of a great employee. more

I was waited on fast 9/28/2010

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I was waited on fast and quick. I was in a rush that day and it took only a short while , I had my car back in record timing. Wow you Guys are the BEST. I will always come to Toyota of Dallas. When I get ready for a new car My family and friends will come to You All. Thanks again. more
