I would look elsewhere if you don't want to waste half your day waiting at this dealership for your car to come out. On the other hand, if you leave it with them, you'll probably get make it back in the afternoon--since it gives them some flexibility to work on other cars. I've been using this dealership for the past two years to perform routine maintenance on my low-mileage 2006 Camry. Someone comes out to the car to take down information and verify if you have an appointment or not. Then they take you to the service advisor to complete the in-processing. Up this point, everything seems to run pretty efficiently. Unfortunately, that's where it ends. I a week ago I thought about going in for a regular oil change (without an appointment). They told me it would take about two hours--figured it was fair since I didn't even have a scheduled appointment--right? I really didn't have the time to wait so I decided to schedule an early morning appointment thinking that it would be a little quicker--right? Wrong. Had a 9:30am appointment but checked my car in with the attendant at 9:20am and told them that I would be waiting. The service advisor didn't open the R.O. until 9:58am. Of course they take my car to the back immediately--I'm thinking to make sure the engine has enough time to cool down before they change the oil. 10:20--11:20--12:20 and no car yet. I ask for a status on my car and find out that it was ready at 12:10. This is because I had an appointment? I can't say that this is the first time it has happened at this dealership. Three hours for an oil change is simply ridiculous--especially when you have a scheduled appointment. I've visited Toyota dealerships in other parts of the country and had to wait on average (for a simple oil change) for about an hour. Do get me wrong--the people are friendly but that's about it. They have a lot of people sitting in the garage waiting to take your car or park out in the lot when the maintenance is complete but that's not the problem. The only other positive thing (aside from my friendly advisor) was the waiting/seating area--they have a small cafeteria, theater, free wi-fi and nail cleaning salon. more
