This is now my second purchase from Towne through Big Al. As my previous dealings with Al he goes above and beyond to accommodate. Hands down the best car sales consultant I have ever dealt with. I have referred friends and family to him since we have been introduced and will continue to do so. My girlfriend and my mother have also purchased through him and had a great experience. more

good not great, kept my car for a few days. Had to take multiple trips to first get the car in and then come back and pick up a rental. Come up with a better way. Spent close to an hour and half going back and forth. more
