This is not a true hospital. Should your pet become sick you will need to pick your pet up by 5 pm and take to an emergency clinic. Also this practice does not allow you to provide your own pets food. A customer should not be forced to change a pets diet. The boarding daily records do not exist. No details. I recommend that consumers use a real vet hospital who has a vet that doesn't go home at 5 pm. A vet who checks in on boarded animals and vet checked daily. A vet getting involved in the 11th hour is late. Game over. Again this is not a place for dogs who r seniors. Keep those dogs at home with a pet sitter who works for a reputable pet sitting business with state and county license. This boarding facility has had fatalities. In loving memory.....name with held.
