Full Disclosure, I am Dr. Knott's husband (Casey),but we had zero reviews, so I'm writing this just so those who are looking for reviews about our office have something to read. I think that no reviews is not necessarily a bad thing, it just means that we have not annoyed anyone enough to anonymously post something nasty about us. One of the best things about our office is that we have only been at this location for 3 years (since 2007), so we have only built up about half the patient load we want, and that translates into lots of openings and more time with each patient. Plus, we have all new equipment plus all digital x-rays (including panoaramic). Digital X-rays are a MUST HAVE to provide the best dental care in today's environment. The only reason someone would disagree with that statement is because they can't afford or can't cost justify a digital X-ray system. Keep that in mind the next time you go to a different dentist. If for some reason you do have a major issue with our office (Town Center Dental in Garland, TX), please contact me and give me a chance to independently review the issue and help reconcile the problem to your satisfaction prior to leaving a bad rating here. Cons: Dentistry is not cheap and if you find somewhere it is, run.
