Towjam Wrecker

I have Geico insurance and they have roadside service they use Tow Jam out of Dallas. I had a flat and called Geico and they set up Tow Jam for me and I was told they would be here to help me within a hour and they will call me. sure they called and the gentleman name was Simon truck 44 he was so professional and fixed the flat and gave me some encouranging words in my work ethics he was so professional. he had my tire fixed in no time and was on his way.I would recommend them at anytime. more

I highly recommend Tow Jam Wrecker Service. I was broken down on the highway in the middle fairly heavy traffic. I called Tow Jam to have my car towed to my house approx 20 miles away. I was told they should be there in approx. 45 minutes. Well 15-20 minutes later the tow truck showed up. The driver Marty had me loaded up and dropped off in front of my house in 30 minutes. So, less than an hour from my phone call, I was home, and for a very reasonable price. Fast, friendly, affordable service will get my repeat business everytime. Thank you, Tow Jam! My advice, "Call someone else to tow your vehicle!" This is the worst towing experience I have ever had. I called Tow Jam at 3:00 p.m to have my car towed to the dealer at 5:30 p.m. giving me time to explain my electrical problems before they closed at 7:00 p.m. Tow Jam shows up 45 minutes late after I called to ask why they were not at my house. Dispatch acted like they knew nothing about it. I should have called someone else when Tow Jam drives up in a yellow wrecker that looks like it needs a wrecker. The front end was all torn up.....that's a real company image! That was my first clue that I should pass and to call Wylie Towing instead. The guy wasted 15 minutes looking "inside" of my car for some special hook (that does not exist) to attach to my car so he can attach his tow cable. That was my second clue. Finally, he attaches his cables to the underside of the frame like he should have in the first place. Opening the door to turn the streering wheel as he begins to load my car, he smears dirt and oil from his gloves on my leather interior on the driver side door and steer wheel. That was my final clue. I follow him to the dealership which is 10 miles away. Get to the dealer, its closed. He proceeds to unloads my car in a parking spot that's really steep. My car is left mostly sticking out of the parking spot into the driveway at the dealership. Then the guy thinks we can just push it into place -NOT! I start to write a check to pay the bill only to be told they do not take checks, only credit cards. He calls dispatch then hands me the phone and I tell her exactly what I wrote here. Her response was a un-caring, un-feeling, and un-believing, "Sorry." This is an indication this company does not care about providing a quality service. more

After HORRIBLE experiences with a few other big tow companies in the area I put my faith in this one last time I broke down. The driver was on time and knew exactly what he was doing.. I now keep their card on hand for ANYTIME I need assistance! more

First of all, they arrived early! Secondly, the gentleman was very polite and helpful, even my elderly mother commented on how kind he was. He recommended a repair shop, which I used and was very pleased with as well. Additionally, he let me know about the fact that they are available 24 hours a day for me in the future. Excellent Service!!!! more

I would not suggest them at all I had the worse expierence of my life, I ended up leaving my car on the side of the road, because I'd rather of had it there then with the crazy guy who showed up 3 1/2 hours after the orginal ONE hour wait, ended up taking 4 1/2 hours and then canceling. He made my mother and I extremely unconftable. He talked about how he hoped the gate to the delarship was locked (which it wouldn't have been had he made it in the 4 hours (not the orginal one hour promise). Anyways he wanted to be locked so he could raise up the bill, YES he actucally said that! Then he said he was going to do a regular tow instead of the flat bed tow, (which cancels my warranty) because he apparently knew more than the delarship! It was just awful awful awful.........
