I've been a long time Naperville Tow Recover Assist customer, saw this made up negative comment that someone wrote so I just had to learn how to write a review.\r \r This is how we met. I have three 3 kids so i'm home, out and about with da troop or at work. When my car overheated and we were stranded one day, I called almost what seemed like all of Naperville's towing companies didn't have to much to do so shopped around to find the lowest towing price.\r \r Quick and easy enough one tow truck company (Tow Recover Assist) said they'd match then beat any towing price I could get. All I had to do was tell them the name of the (other) local tow truck company and to make sure to ask what the grand total is. Because a lot of (other) tow truck companies will say and I learned one price then come out and sometimes the bill can go up by 100-200% I couldn't believe it. Some will even try to charge for the miles it takes to get to you from where ever they are, consumers be warned be careful. Before I forget can't forget the made up flat rates some offered me. All this flat rate b.s. was, was them calculating where you were, miles, gas in there head and Tow Recover Assist's prices were still better.\r \r And the list go on. All the other tow truck companies around Naperville were trying to charge more for all the kids because they had to send a bigger truck. Fair? Yes but some were asking an up to $50. Tow Recover Assist said don't worry about it. To make a long story as short and sweet as possible they were there for us and when in need I'll be there for them. more

Fraudulent and deceptive!\r \r As a consumer I do not like being lied to. Everything this company has advertised on the internet is a complete fabrication. What this tow company does is pretend to be an actual tow service in order to take your call, then ""subcontract"" the job out to a ""real"" tow service (for a fee I assume).\r \r If you call this company a ""Towing Recovery Rebuilding Assistance Services"" truck will not be picking you up. It will be another towing company. A truck will show up lettered as some other company.\r \r This raises the question, if your vehicle is damaged who is responsible? Will the company you called take responsibility or will it be the service that actually picked you up? This will inevitably cause a giant mess and headache.\r \r As you can see from their advertisements this company does not have any lettered tow trucks with their name. The reason for this is because they do not own any tow trucks.\r \r As required by law a towing service must be licensed with the Illinois Commerce Commission to preform towing services. This fraudulent company does not possess licensing with the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC) nor US Department of Transportation.\r \r An official complaint has been filed with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for fraudulent and deceptive advertising and business practices. This company is also not contracted to preform services on behalf of any police departments as advertised.\r \r Do not take my word for it. Ask this company which police department they are contracted with and then call that police department and ask.\r \r It appears all reviews posted here are fake and posted by the unscrupulous site owner. Do not take my word for it. Ask this company for their certificate of insurance, ask this company for US DOT, and ICC licenses.\r \r Ask this company for a picture of their trucks, lettered with all information required by law, that can supposedly tow anything from a car to a semi truck.\r \r They will not be able to produce any of it. Use this company at your own risk as you never know which company will show up to pick up your vehicle and you will never know if the company dispatched by this fraudulent company will have the proper insurance or licensing. more

Well I was out to eat with some friends downtown Naperville. After we were done eating we went our separate ways. Horrible to say but I went to start my dodge minvan that I love so much she cranked over but wouldn't start. I had no idea what to do! I Called a local tow truck company that I had found on Google they came out within thirty minutes. Quick enough to make me happy. What made me even happier is that when I told them I live in Plainfield, Illinois and I didn't know what to do they told me about a shop they work with called Last Chance Auto Repair. Being on the Naperville Plainfield border down the street from my house I thought about giving them a try. Worked out wonderfull on both ends. Two trustable companies that I will always use when I'm in need. The tow was a wonderful price. My insurance company (State Farm) even paid me back the money I spent for the tow service. Plus to make a long story short my vehicles fuel pump went out, easy fix no problems from any direction. Thanks! more
