This was by far the worst highlighting job I've ever had in my life. It looked orange in the store but when I got home and really looked at it, I realized how bad it really is. My hair is a splotchy, orange mess and will cost me hundreds, no doubt, to fix. She put toner on it 5 different times and now, and 4AM, my scalp is burning. \r

She is trying to drum up business using groupon, and stupid me bought one. Worst hair experience ever. My suggestion - if you purchased a groupon from this place, call and request a refund. I was there for 4 hours and one other woman walked out crying because her hair was orange as well. She is ruining people's hair and then gives attitude if you say you don't like it. \r

Oh!! And this is not a real salon but rather a random lady doing hair in the back of a cramped nail salon. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place in every possible way. She will also charge you extra for anything else she puts in your hair - and I think it's just however much she's feeling at the moment. I know it will cost me an arm and a leg to get my dark brown hair back to looking normal and am considering taking her to small claims court to pay for it. That's something I have never done but looking at the results from the other women in the salon, she should not be practicing cosmetology. \r

Do not, do not, do not, do not use this lady!!!\r

And do not be fooled by the positive reviews on this site - I'm convinced the owner did them herself.
