Total Mortgage did an excellent job of making sure I was satisfied with everything from start to finish. Their rates were very good and their staff was very professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat and I've even referred them to several of my friends already. more

I took out a refinance loan with Total Mortgage. This was an easy process .They are a very recognized company in CT and they have very competitive rates and fees, which is important to me. I referred the company to my friends and family. more

Worst Service EVER 7/7/2010

My loan application experience with Total Mortgage Service is HORRIBLE. They are slow to review the docs we submit, never return our phone calls or email, and they never keep their promise. There are so manny hidden surprise and we are asked to pay more fees at the end. I will never give my business to this company ever. I will never recommend this company to any friend or family.
