After Sale, it has been a nightmare. At the one year mark, furnace died. They came out about 5-8 times over a 10 day period, including leaving me without heat for a weekend to go hunting! They would get it running for an hour, say it was fixed and it would go back down. They finally replaced the right part - it was all still under warranty. The entire process was difficult. They did not return calls, and didn't answer the phone. We tried to be very pleasant, and not become the ""annoying customer"" and that still got us nowhere. Check their business history with the bureau, several complaints! Not Satifactory record!\r

Now it has been about 2.5 years, and it's the same issue. The company has apparently downsized, and cannot be bothered with warranty work. The furnace is not working and they are not returning calls. The only help they have provided is over the phone assistance like ""try resetting the main switch"" or ""replace the batteries in the thermostat"". Neither of which are the problem, as explained in the calls.\r
