Dont Use this Shop 8/28/2010

I recently sent my car to this shop to have an ignition prob fixed and when i got my car back not did i have to pay over $750 to get it back but it was in worse shape afterwards. I had to take it to Nesmith , pay another $100 just to find out that they need to charge me another $350 to find out what the prob is. Castrol is nothing but abunch of over chargin, low lifes...GO ELSE WHERE! more

These are your stereotypical car repair people. They will try to sell you service you don't need and over charging you while they do it. I've also had a buddy come up with some stuff missing out of his vehicle after taking it here. Seriously, if you need something done with your car today and this is the only place open; go to Savannah or someplace else anyways. more

Would not recommend 11/1/2008

Castrol Car Care Center provides wuick service and reasonable prices. However, they do provide an extensive list of repairs that is in no way related to the reason for your visit. I went in for an oil change and got a list of $1200 of repairs. I went to another shop and no repairs were needed. more
