I recently traveled to Chicago from Atlanta. I saw Kristin for a facial and body treatment and she was awesome. It was the best spa experience I have ever had. Suzanne booked my appt. and she was very helpful in helping me pick out some of their services. Bliss is the spa to go to whenever your in Chicago!! more

Great treatments/horrible spa 1/2/2006

The spa itself is so unimpressive, it was the talk of the lounge. It looks as though the W has converted previous hotel service areas into a spa. The "fancy" decorations were straight from the CB2 sale rack. The locker room is nicer at local gyms and the lounge area is small, cold, and not relaxing. Good services but I wouldn't go back. more
