I have been going to Tos since they were in the shopping center behind south side cafe' ( gone now ).They always been real helpful and now I'm pretty much out the stereo scene but whenever I need something there always there ready to help. When i went to T.O.S Monday night to see about getting my radio,door speakers,amp && 2 12's hooked up, the lady (owner) said that her installer wanted to take off (Tuesday) but she is still going to be open she just needed to get her back up guy. So i went there Tuesday to get everything hooked up. The next day (Wednesday) my two 12's stopped working. I went to the shop and it was too long of a wait so i left. I Then went back Thursday and was told that my two 12's are BLOWN. The guy who originally works there said he bridged the speakers and he had both 12's hooked up to one side of the amp. I told the owner my 12's are blown because the guy yall got to work here for a day did it WRONG. He shrugged his shoulders and said it happens. WELLLL i paid you guys 300 JUST to install my speakers and this is what i get?? The lady who is the owners daughter called and said OHH girl you popped your 12's i guess you have to get you some more blah blah blah. I had those speakers hooked up once before at Best buy and they did awesome BUT i sold my truck and took my twelves and amp out so i needed someone else to hook them up ( because Best Buy was pricey, which i should have paid more because i wouldnt have this problem. I WOULD NEVER go back and advise anyone else to not go back there. THERE SUCKYYYY PEOPLE. more

I went there to look at some small speakers. They had me in and out installed in no time. The sound was great. They helped me pick out some nice subs for my amp. Thanx for your time guys. Se ya next week!!! Pros: The speakers I want for a good price. more

their installers are very unexperienced. lady working will lie to you all day long. according to her everything is on back order. more like a convenient store. not personal with customers. If they do warranty anything, it will take months to get your product back if you ever get it back. Pros: can get some cheap product Cons: beware if you need warranty, they lie, lie, and lie some more. more
