I consider myself a sushi connoisseur as I've enjoyed it for over 20 years from all over the U.S. and Asia. Yet, one of the best places I've ever been to happens to be in Chino. The sushi chefs are amazing! I've never experienced the range of tastes that they delivered. From traditional style to modern fusion, each bite overwhelmed me. Excuse the visual, but one night I literally drooled twice as I bit into my sushi. It's a great place for a date, just hanging out with friends (big screen for sports/shows), or dining alone. Everyone is so friendly and courteous that you feel like you're eating in your own dining room. Sake bombs are always fun but you can also sip on a single malt or beer. Living up to its name, you have to try the toro sashimi. That is by far the best I've ever had.
