My dad has been taking his car to Top Performance for a while, a said I should take mine there when my car was gushing out coolant. They said there was a problem with the heater, and would be a 400$ repair. They said my car would be done ""the next day."" I called to check on the status of my car because I needed to be at work that evening, they were incredibly rude and said ""you know, we call when your car is ready"". Well they did call-half an hour before closing and told me my car was ready. When I picked up my car and paid 400$ I noticed my car was DISGUSTING. There was dirt all over my backseat, a stain on my seat cover, lipgloss and lotion from my center console was missing, they broke my air freshener and the beads from it are all over my car, and I kid you not, a FINGERNAIL clipping was in my back seat. more

Rude, dishonest, going to court 2/16/2010

""Joe"" who answered the phone was a real jerk. I should have stopped there. They charged me for brakes, both axles, but only did one. Can you say dangerous?! With a repair shop on every corner, there is no reason to tolerate rudeness and service like this. Cons: Lousy service more

What a joke! Lost my business REAL QUICK!!! 3/23/2009

Haven't written a review before until I encountered this place. Liltle things CAN make a big difference and cost a business customers!! Made an appointment for an oil change for 5:30pm for my son's car. He arrived 6 minutes late after calling them and telling them he couldn't find the place and they gave him better directions. He arrived and the young men in the shop told him they couldn't service his car because he was late. It would have been really nice to tell him that when he originally called! I called soon after and was told no manager was on site (hmmmm, go figure) that I could talk to and that they couldn't do it because someone would have had to stay late. WOW, like 5 minutes.....I explained that if they were on that tight of a time frame they probably shouldn't schedule appointments within a half hour of closing and in the future if someone calls needing directions to get to their appt. they should let them know to just turn around now and save them the extra time and gas money of coming the rest of the way because if you are so much as 5 minutes late even AFTER CALLING you will be turned away. The young man on the phone was awfully hesitant to give out the managers name or anything else. Pretty sad. That's fine though. I took MY car to Firestone for the maintenance/repair it needed and was more than happy to give them the $853 for the mature and reliable service they offered. Pros: NONE!!! Cons: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! more
