The previous reviews don't even begin to scratch the surface\r \r Many years ago I was one of the senior managers of Top Drawer. Don’t worry there have been many of us.\r \r At that time the owners were elderly but nice enough people, they had a grown daughter who was the most pretentious person I have ever met.\r \r One time the daughter called me to her office and inquired about something that I had done (can’t recall after all these years) but she want to reverse whatever it was that I had done. We had some words and she said something to fact I know what I am talking about because I graduated from the Interior Design Institute (whatever that is) and I demand that you change this. My reply was I have an MBA and no we are not changing then I said something to the fact that her brain is like a ball bearing in a can of spray paint. Anyway just a pretentious spoiled brat. \r \r But the reason I finally left after a short few months. A very heavy couple (maybe 350lbs. each) purchased a Natuzzi leather living room set. The furniture although pretty darn good could not support their weight and the frames broke down. The Natuzzi Sales Rep. came in and fully warranted the group (doubtful that he had to) and the customer were given their full purchase price in return. I was about to toss the furniture in the dumpster and the daughter called to the warehouse and had me stop. She had one of the furniture repairmen tack the frame together and then placed it back in the showroom for full price sale. This group was around $6000. Then she called an emergency meeting for management and sales to put an edict that when sales are made the salesperson is to put a star on the sales order for every 100lbs the combined weight of the customers were. So if a husband and wife weigh an estimated 300lbs then sales had to place three small stars on the bottom of the page. I walked out right after I cashed my check at lunch, and never returned. \r \r Trust me the sneaky underhanded stuff they do was mind boggling.\r \r Buyer Beware \r more
