The repairman arrived on time and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem----the temperature control in my Jen Air range oven was malfunctioning. He replaced the faulty part, left the site of the job clean and neat, was polite throughout and charged no more than I expected to pay.
I will call this company again when I need another appliance repair.
