We booked Tony's catering for our parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary. The event coordinator, Shelby promised full service help and terrific food for the event costing $60 per person.\r
What we received was: Minimal help in setting tables up, cold food, bad coffee, ran out of main entree(even after questioning if the quantity would be enough prior to event), non enthusiastic service with lack of knowledge of the party events. The owner's daughter, Avie was extremely rude, unapologetic, unprofessional, immature, and arrogant when we emailed our issues the next day. She would not even call us to discuss the problems and was extremely defensive of her service staff. We were told that our catering captain was one of her best and if that is so, there standards are very low. We emailed each other four times and her last message to a long standing customer was to "move on" and get over it, and that they owed us nothing in return.
