Avoid!!! 10/28/2011

After several calls and several so called reason why our furnace was not working correctly Tom decided to tell us to hire someone else... \r \r Working on reversing payment on the check he quickly cashed after he supposedly ""fixed"" the problem after the first call... \r \r If you like to have someone give you the run around and cold nights in New England, Tom is your guy... If you prefer someone who knows what they're doing, call someone else... \r more

Fast and great customer service! 4/24/2008

My hot water heater pilot light went out and I called Tom who called me back within the hour, and my heater was up and running within hours of my call . He knew exactly what the problem was and had the part with him in his truck~ WOW! \r \r Thanks for the fast, courteous service for my family who needed the HOT water the same day.I\r \r I did not know Tom, and went to the computer to find plumber's - he was the only one that I called that responded quickly to my hot water issue. I highly recommend this professional, courteous plumber.! more
