My entire experience was the best I have had. Salesman (Rob Erwin) was always couteous, friendly, understanding of my needs. no pressure He met with me several times before I committed and the automobile is truly my dream car & look forward to working w/Mr. Erwin again. more

Bill Cowan was very courteous and helpful when we had to have our car towed into the dealership after my wife hit a log on I 459. Even though it was not a scheduled service they got right on it and the car was ready the same day. Great crew and dealership. more

I have to say that Bill Cowen is really the very best service person I have ever dealt with. He always makes me feel like I am family, and never like he is trying to sell me on anything. He is always available to answer a question, and always quick to resound if he is currently busy. He is an asset to this company! I don't say that lightly. It is people like Mr. Cowen who keep people like me in a Lexus vs. any of the other Tom William's cars. We have had BMW's and Range Rovers, and it was never... Ever... this easy to get an appointment, get service, and then be on my way. more

Very satisfied with Vincent Hudson, my new service advisor. Was disappointed when I found out that Brandon was gone, but Vincent is also great!! Very helpful and nice. he did exactly what was needed and what he said he would do....... definitely a keeper!! Thanks again more
