Brian serviced our furnace and heat pump. He cleaned and serviced the unit and discovered a part that had not been secured by the previous company. He drilled holes and secured the part as it should have been. He was very professional and friendly. He did a great job. more

Furnace install crew Were great. We had a tank less water heater installed recently by Tom Drexler and the basement was left extremely messy and it took hours to clean up behind them. This was stressful as the plumbing install was 6k. Crew also idled in the van for a long time leaving cigarette butts everywhere and took very long lunches . Hvac crew was great though. more

Second time (first AC, second furnace) using Tom Drexler Company. Jacob H was technician each time. Extremely satisfied. On both occasions, technician arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and was open to questions. As Jacob worked, he also educated about working of AC and furnace, along with making recommendations. Never felt pressured to accept any services. Will definitely be first choice if need further HVAC or other services. more

I've had Internet technicians, plumbers and others of the sort show up but; none of them brought their own doormat just in case, shoe covers and a all around sunny disposition. They were polite and knowledgeable,I can't complain...even though they were a bit late their service more then made up for it! more

Water line replacement 10/24/2016

I hated having to spend the money to replace a water line but the technicians with Tom Drexler were a pleasure to work with and did a great job. Mike and Chuck were very careful around my landscaping and even managed to work around things so nothing had to be dug up. This was the third time I have used Tom Drexler and each time has been a great experience. I would highly recommend them and would specifically ask for Chuck T. And Mike H. If the need arises again. more

Sewer repair 10/24/2016

Aaron and Chad did great!..they showed up and got straight to work,it was obvious they knew what they were doing and had my toilet able to use in less than 3 hrs..I will highly recommend these guys to everyone more
