Justin was great. he went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. he serviced the heater and made sure are programmable thermostat was set correctly. he was great and would recommend him to service any system. He is an asset to the company more

It was an outstanding installation in a 95 year-old house. The crew was on time, efficient, explained what was going to happened and consulted with us as needed. They even upgraded our new thermostat at no charge to solve a problem with the estimate. If only every home contractor worked this way. more

Furnace Tune-Up 11/30/2016

Have used Tom Drexler in the past and today I was again extremely satisfied with level of professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy of their technician. Justin G performed his tasks efficiently while at the same time educating me about my furnace and related issues. I will definitely consider Tom Drexler should a future need arise. more

The guys were here working well even with the rain all day. It took them a while for the install but got the job done right. Only complaint is it took almost 2 weeks to get thme out here to install the furnace. more

We chose Tom Drexler becaues of all the great feedback they had, to put a standup shower in my parents' bathroom. We felt they were trustworthy and from beginning to end, they did a great job. Everyone was professional and friendly and finished in a timely manner. When a small issue was overlooked and they were already paid in full, they came right back to correct it. They truly wanted to make sure we were all satisfied with the job! more
