Darryl H. is, simply stated, a nice man! His service excellence was reflected in all he did throughout the service call to get our AC unit back up and running. From the minute I met him in my driveway and throughout the entire service experience, whether he was talking to me or coaching his younger companion, Darryl had a warm smile and the kindest tone in all he said. I even heard him whistling while doing what needed to be done. I almost felt good parting with $400-plus a few minutes later. I would feel exactly the same had it been twice as much! Thank you, Darryl for reminding me to smile today! - :) more

Plumbing repairs 4/20/2017

From the initial visit and estimate to the repairs, Donnie, Daniel, and PJ were friendly and professional. They showed me where they wanted to add tape around the vent on the water heater to be sure there was no CO2 leaking out. They even took my old water heater. I plan to use Tom Drexler for my plumbing, heating, air, and electrical. If the other techs are as friendly and professional as these 3 were, you'll have all my business. Thanks. more

Everything was great except that air handler did not fit in garage closet and door had to be removed. Would have been nice to know that before spending the exTra money on the communicator. We would not have spent the extra money on that if we would've known we would be spending more on reframing the closet door. Other than that the technicians were wonderful, polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. Thank you for all the hard work! more

Robby came out to assess why my ac wouldn't run, not only did he fix the problem he went beyond that and ran new wires to replace old nasty wiring job looked good but looks even better after he left. Glad to recommend Tom drexler. more

Outside Water Hose Connection 4/1/2017

George was very prompt on arrival and was quick to assess the cause of the water leak and prepare an estimate for the repair. On my approval, he began work immediately and completed the job in about 30 minutes. He was very professional, cordial and highly efficient in his work. We have used Tom Drexler services several times, and have always been pleased with the quality of their workmanship and their reasonable charges. more
