todi`s???????? 4/15/2012

I have had better pizza at gas stations before . Went there on a Saturday only had plain and pepperoni pizza they both looked nasty. But being hungry I got their 2 slice special ... It cost $4.99 + tax. That pizza doesn`t even deserve $2.99 more

Worst. Pizza. Ever 11/12/2011

Wish I could give these guys zero stars. I have no idea why anyone would think this pizza was good. It is horrible. Worse than Digorno. They use the lowest quality ingredients possible. Can you say canned mushrooms and frozen broccoli? For the exorbitant prices they could at least use fresh ingredients. As for the service at night. forget it. Think it might be a good idea to have at least one person over 18 working as a manager? Well, apparently, the owner thinks these brain dead local teens are just fine to represent his business. I would be surprised if any of these idiots could read past a fourth grade level. And forget manners, they are too busy texting to give the customer any sort of quality service. Two thumbs down. more

Great Food, Terrible Service!! 2/11/2011

I love the food at Todi's. It is hands down, the best pizza in the area. Wings are so-so but the bleu-cheese is great. Other menu items are meh. I consistently come back to order from them because it really is good. The problem I have is the service. I come from the service industry and am a former pizzeria manager. I know how the customers are supposed to be treated. The owner himself has always been right on top of everything, but the high school students are downright lazy and rude, and have not one lick of respect for the customer. I have had bad experience after bad experience. But each and every time I choose to overlook the high prices and horrendous service for a good slice. Once, I was told an hour for my delivery, after an hour and a half, I was told that my food had just left after I called, they didn't bother to call me. Then after TWO HOURS I called again asking where it was, and was not offered compensation, I had to ask for it. But I wasn't compensated that night. I had to pay over $30 for a large and 10 wings, then receive a credit for next time. Tonight, I called to pre-order a pick up for an hour later knowing it is a busy Friday night and wanted to have plenty of time. The girl put me on hold, forgot about me, I had to hang up and call back, and then she was rude. Instead of saying ""I'm sorry I didn't catch that"" when she couldn't hear me, she asked ""WHAT did you say?!"" very nastily. I then got rude right back with her because I have had it with their service! I am not the type to bitch because I know how miserable it makes the employees and because I am a nice person in general, but those kids are really starting to get on my last nerve, and I am about ready to trade inferior product and cheaper prices for better customer service. I just wanted to vent and warn. I still love the food though. more

Best pizza in the area! 6/14/2010

Todi's is an unexpected treasor. It's a humble and unasuming little place in a small town between Cortland and Ithaca, but actually has the best pizza in the area! It's inexpensive considering the high quality ingrediants. Other places in town have opened and tried to compete but they quickly fold becuase why go anyplace else? Todi's pizza is always just that good. Pros: fabulous crust, sauce and good quality cheese; NY-style more

Fabulous Pizza 5/22/2008

Todi's is great! I use to live next to the famous Pepe's Pizza in New Haven, CT. And I have to say after three years of living in Central NY... I've finally found pizza that meets my expectations! Cheers! more

Best pizza in the area, for sure. 10/31/2006

Coming from the Manhattan area, I'm admittedly a huge pizza snob. This is the only place in the area that leaves me absolutely satisfied! Their pizza is great, calzones and strombolis are good, and their mozzerella sticks are incredible. To agree with the other comment, Todi's does tend to be a little bit pricey for a pizza joint, but it's totally worth it. more

Best Pizza Around 6/1/2006

We found the pizza to be exceptional! Usually my husband and I need a medium, but not at this place. You order a small for two big eaters, and we are stuffed and it tastes oohh sooo good! My son says their Chicken Ceasar Salad is the same way. Get a 8.9 from me. Pros: Great taste, Good Service, Worth every penny Cons: A little expensive more
