I have T-mobile and I have to say that I have never had any problems with customer service or my phone dropping out for no reason. I read alot of complaints about them but I have had them for almost 2 years and can't remember having one problem. My service is only 35 bucks a month my phone was free after rebate and I got another rebate for 100 bucks which ended up paying for my service for a few months.
