I have been coming to this place for the past year or so for food as well as getting my dogs groomed. The person up front is always very helpful and the lady in back is always polite and tries her best to do what needs to be done. I do not know if the negative comment below was about the current groomer, however the current groomer is a young, friendly, and courteous individual. If you make it clear what you want done, she will do her best to get your dog *exactly* how you want it. Grade A service as well as being a small shop so it's not hectic most of the time. TLC has been exclusively groomed our purebreed Maltese, Buffy, for 3 years. If you arrive before 9 a.m. on Saturday, your pup is usually done by 1 p.m. For about $45 they totally groom, do nails, etc. I highly recommend TLC. Pros: Small boutique more

I took my 3 year old toy poodle here for grooming and had the worst experience. The groomer did a TERRIBLE JOB and she was NASTY and RUDE. After I got him home, I noticed that the cut was very uneven. I decided to call them and ask if they would fix it for me. The lady on the phone was polite and said it wouldn't be a problem. So, I brought him in and nicely pointed out where he was uneven. The lady at the front brought my dog into the back and explained the situation to the groomer who then came out to talk to me. She was immediately hostile and tried to blame her shoddy work on my dog, stating that he was difficult. A complete lie! (I've taken him to several groomers before her and they all gushed about how well-behaved he is.) She then placed him on one of the grooming tables at the back, which was visible to me, and started to roughly brush out his hair. My poor dog looked terrified. She ordered me to step out of sight so that he couldn't see me. Instead of leaving, I just stepped to the side and overheard her bad mouthing me to her co-workers. PLEASE TAKE IT FROM ME, YOU DON'T WANT A LADY LIKE THAT ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR BEST FRIEND. Cons: RUDE, DO NOT TREAT ANIMALS WELL more
