Unbelievable customer service! I cant say enough good things about this place! I went to townfair because my car was shaking and one of my tires kept going flat. I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes before anybody helped me and they weren't even busy. They said my tires needed to be balanced and I had a nail in the flat one. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half and they charged me $80 to fix everything. The next morning I came out to leave for work and my tire was flat again and it still shook when I went over 50. I called townfair and they said I had to make an appointment. I showed up yesterday when they told me to and was told they only had time to look at the flat tire. They said I must have lost a weight and would have to come back later in the week to get them balanced again. They told me I had another nail in my tire and said it must just be bad luck that I would pick up another one in the same tire after they did a patch on it and I'd have to pay again for the new repair. This morning I came out and my tire was going flat again! I aired it up at the gas station and went to work. I wanted a second opinion on my flat tire so I stopped in to Tire Warehouse on my lunch break to see if I could schedule an appointment to have it looked at. Peter greeted me at the door with a big smile and a good afternoon! He asked what he could help me with and I explained the situation and asked when his earliest opening would be. He said if I had time he could pull it right in and take a look at everything and gave his word it wouldn't be more than half an hour. I only work 10 minutes down the road so it worked out perfectly. He pulled it in and got to work. He showed me that I had a very small pinhole in my tire that was leaking slowly but steadily and let me see the inside to show me no other repairs had been done. Then he took time after to explain to me how my tires were balanced and that since I still had weights on all of them they most likely weren't done right the first time. He also checked my air in the other tires and found they were all too high and put them where they should be. He had my car all together and back out front in 20 minutes! And then when I went to pay he said I shouldn't have to pay twice just because the work wasn't done right the first time and found a free coupon for me online! Now my car drives like new! I'm only going back to townfair to demand a refund. From now on I'm only going to Tire Warehouse! And im going to tell all my friends and family to come see Peter! Fast, helpful, and honest! Quality, personal, customer service that you just cant find many places these days! Thank you so much Peter and thank you Tire Warehouse!!! You guys are the best!!
