Welcome to Tin Lizzie Antique Shop!<br /><br />A Short History of Tin Lizzie Antiques <br /><br />Tin Lizzie Antique Shop is the product of many long months of remodeling a former restaurant, during the winter of 2007 and 2008. All the work was done by the owner Verne, his wife Paula and family. The shop was born out of a lifetime of love and appreciation of all things old and unique.<br /><br />When the shop first opened, one of the showrooms housed two Ford Model T's restored by Verne...a Model T Coupe and a Model T Touring car. The shop was named after the Ford Model T, also known as a "Tin Lizzie." Over the last three years, we have been filling the showrooms with beautiful, unusual and quality items. The inventory is always fresh and varied. From the first moment you step inside, you will see that Tin Lizzie Antiques is not your average antique shop.<br /><br />
<p>Tin Lizzie Antiques is nestled in the heart of scenic Lake George, Minnesota, behind the historic Lake George Post Office. The shop is only a hop, skip, and a jump from the world famous Itasca State Park, and the Headwaters of the mighty Mississippi.
