We have had Time Warner Cable for about a year now, and we have been less than impressed. They are always advertising a package deal where you can get phone, internet, and cable for $99 but it is still not available in our area (even though they told us it would be by December). Every time we call, it seems like they put off the availability date by 6 more months. The service is not great. Our cable goes out at least two times a month and several times a week, we get very poor reception - definitely not the "digital quality" that they brag about. In spite of all this, our rate continually goes up every month. Their customer service is terrible. When we have complained about all of the outages and poor quality, their response has basically been "too bad." One time, we were promised a credit, but it took several billing cycles and phone calls from us before it actually showed up on our bill. We have been so frustrated with them that at this point, we're looking at switching to DishTV!
