My sister booked her Vegas wedding with the owner of this company and suggested that her guests book with her too. I called to discuss booking my trip with the owner and she was rude and short with me when I asked questions about such things as 'how trips are booked, can I give you a few hotels that I'm interested in, etc' to the point of being upset with me for asking any questions at all. My mom called a week later to discuss the itinerary the owner had put together for her and my dad. My mom was asking simple questions such as what is this charge, what is this voucher, what is this extra service and the owner was once again rude and became so flustered with my mom asking questions about line items on the itinerary/items she was being charged for that she told my mom to 'go look it up yourself on the internet if you're so concerned'. Woman this is your job - and your personal business. If you don't like being in the service industry simply change jobs. Do not subject other people to your unnecessary rudeness. Especially since there are do-it-yourself sites now. Part of being a travel agent is answering your clients' questions.
