In three visits, I have received three different sets of information pertaining to my insurance plan, and the coupon usage that brought me to this practice in the first place. This latest visit, I was told that if I used the coupon, then I wouldn't be able to utilize my insurance discounts for future visits. That was just plain silly considering the coupons state that it can be combined with insurance deductibles. I had to argue, and then was told that they would do it "this time". In three visits I have paid different amounts, for supposedly the same services. I was also told that ALL patients, regardless of age, must have panoramic films. However, just 2 weeks ago, one of my children did not have one. I would appreciate it if the information stayed consistant so that I do not feel like I am being taken advantage of, or swindled.
