I brought my cat in because he was not feeling well. Dr L####### advised he was dehydrated, anemic, had bad cold, and a bad tooth. I paid for testing, extraction of tooth, liqiud to hydrate, antibitics (Dr claim would last 14 days in his system), flea treatment...over 300+ dollars. they took him back where I could not see any of this being done. took him home. the next day, no improvement actually worst. noticed has he was having convulations (new syptom) that they didnt pulled the tooth that I was charged for, which makes my wonder if they did anything. rushed him to the tualatin emergency hosiptal, but he didnt make it. within 24 hours and $300+ paid to tigard animal hospital, my cat, my baby has died....DONT GO THERE IF YOU WANT YOUR PET TO HAVE ANY CHANCE!!! more

money comes first at tigard animal hospital 2/14/2015

Don't be fooled, they are very nice, but the bottom line for them is the green back dollar. I would never take my pet back. They offered a service for $175, if it was done at the time of neuter. They would not work with me on payments. At a later date, I called and the charge for this procedure was $1000.00. I don't trust a business that operates in that way. more

I have had nothing but wonderful service and quality care at this vet! I've had several dogs and cats over the years, and have had lots of experience with good and bad vets. These people are definitely the best. more

From the girls at the front desk to the doctors, everyone is great - warm, friendly, and caring. Can't think of any other vet office I would take my pets to. You guys are the best. more

I highly recommend this place 1/27/2011

The front desk girls were friendly, kind and very easy to talk to. I called a few times to check on my dog and they happily helped me. It was easy and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog there for the surgery. I highly recommend this place. Thank you more

Fully Trust Dr.Genova 1/11/2011

My dogs are more important to me than anything else in my life. I fully entrust their care to Dr. Genova. The staff remembers me every time I call the clinic. I've never felt like just another customer. more

I took a stray in to be neutered (they were able to schedule me for a next-day appointment!) and they were willing to provide any extra services I wanted at a very reasonable rate. more

Worth My Drive For Their Customer Service 12/29/2010

Because of the customer service I drive 30 minutes to Tigard Animal Hospital. I live in Aloha and have numerous clinics much closer, but because of Dr. Genova and his staff I drive to Tigard. more

The exam fee was waived 12/28/2010

I took my animal here during one of the Saturday vaccine clinics. It was something like $10 for the rabies shot, with the exam fee waved. more

Accepts Oregon Spay/Neuter Coupon 12/23/2010

They have a drop-off/pick-up program for surgeries, which is so convenient for people that have to work during the day. All of their services are very reasonably priced, and they are one of three vets on the West side that accept the Oregon Spay/Neuter coupon. I got my little guy neutered for $49.00! more

If you go to the Oregon Humane Society website you can get a coupon to get your pet spayed or neutered I was nervous at first because you always think you get what you pay for. But Tigard Animal Hospital is great!! more

You have a terrific and helpful staff and Dr. Genova is wonderful. We especially are delighted the laser treatments our 13 year old dog has received. His level of activity has improved so much. Also, when we make appointments we get in right away, often the same day! Keep up the good work! more

I have been to many clinics and the Tigard Animal Hospital isn't bad at all. Pretty good prices on vaccines on Saturday, and great training available. more
