    The Spine Therapy Center welcomes all physicians from any discipline of medicine to refer their patients for evaluation and treatment.     Cardiovascular-Pulmonary Rehabilitation


    With skilled therapists,the Tift Regional Medical Center's Cardio-Pulmonary Rehabilitation unit provides medically-prescribed,individualized education and physical rehabilitation for patients recovering from


    coronary and pulmonary events and helps to prevent future occurrences.


    Cook Medical Center


    Cook Medical Center (CMC) offers inpatient and outpatient rehab as well as home care and services in the nursing home. Our uniqueness is founded on our ability to offer a continuity of care and familiarity of staff. CMC rehab offers physical therapy,speech therapy,occupational therapy,and wound care treatment.


    Cook Senior Center


    Offers rehabilitation services including physical therapy,speech therapy and occupational therapy to residents of the nursing care facility.


    Summit Rehabilitation


    Medicare has specific guidelines for those who can be admitted to the rehabilitation unit. A very high percentage of patients admitted have one of the following diagnoses:

    The Orthopedics Center


    specializes in treating people who have had joint replacement or hip fractures. Summit uses an interdisciplinary team approach to maximize a patient's ability to function at their highest level in all aspects of their environment. The facility features a physical therapy gymnasium,common dining room and a simulated apartment. The apartment,which consists of a bedroom,kitchen and bath,allows patients to practice the skills necessary to achieve a personal level of independence in their normal daily environment.
