I booked my Los Cabos trip at the Grand Velas, this was a more expensive trip so I didn't want to book it online as the information is limited. I was planning our honeymoon and Steve was one of the most amazing travel agents that I have ever worked from Tickets Confirmed. He is basically like a wedding planner in the travel industry. He was so patient with me and explained all the ins and outs of our vacation options. He really tried to understand the kind of people we are in order to build us an amazing vacation package that ended up being a trip of a lifetime. We stayed in the most amazing all inclusive resort straight on the beach. Steve was able to quote us the best price on-line and then he discounted it even further a week later when the hotel went on-sale. He helped up select and book all the excursions and guided tours. We were not able to afford Hawaii based on the price point, but Steve build us a vacation package that was action packed, located on the beach with the most amazing hotel amenities. I have been on several trips in the Caribbean, visiting Mexico, Cancun, Porto Vallarta, Acapulco, Jamaica, Aruba, Cayman Islands and Dominican Republic. But, this vacation was definitely not like any other I have booked my-self or through other agents / travel agencys. It was absolutely out of this world.
