This may seem insignificant but this place was very clean and spotless looking. The bathroom was especially noticeable. I've seen companies & store's facilities and this is the best 100% excellent. One of my jobs in life is I clean and I don't see many bathrooms that excellent. more

The lot was nice and well organized and the inside was clean and nicely set up. The lot wasn’t cluttered and crammed which I liked and the outside of the building looked like it was well maintained and looked professional. I did like the fact that their cars came with a little bit of a warranty. more

I've gone to Thrifty in Westfield twice. Once for my first car, and then again when that car was totaled. Tony was great on the first purchase, but wasn't there for the second. I worked with Dan instead this time. He was also great. The whole process seemed expedited and he was very easy to keep in contact with. I would recommend thrifty and Dan to anyone looking for a good car and an acquiescent salesperson. Also, I love my car! more

I would have never thought to buy a car from Thrifty until a co worker of mine told me she went to them and how nice they were. I went to about Five other places looking for a new car and these guys were by far the best. They had alot of great new and used cars, great sales people, and actually wanted to help me to in to a car that fit me with price and value. My sales man was John and he is the best guy ever. The owner Dave was very nice and great with my six year old daughter who was with me. They really went out of their way to make me a happy customer. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to go try them out. I got a great car for a price I wanted to pay. more

Bought a 2009 Jeep Gr Cherokee with very low miles. Dealer was extremely helpful with the financing of the vehicle. When I went in I knew I had good credit and had rates from my credit union. They beat my credit union and financed the Jeep for 2.9%. Overall they had a great selection and were 2200 better that I found elsewhere. more

I had a few bumps with my credit and had been to other dealers who quite frankly treated me very badly. Here I was trying to purchase a car from them and they acted like I was bothering them. I then found a vehicle on the web and went to Thrifty to see it. I was greated by one of the owners Russ who helped me through the process. He explained that most dealers only have the ability to run one maybe two credit reports and that that Thrifty ran 3 to find the best score to help me with the best terms available. My wife like a Honda Accord that they had and we drove it. They explaind that we would have to pay the sales tax and the bank would finance the rest. We ended up taking the vehicle home the same day and are very happy with it. more
