the truth is there is a lot of unsafe things that go on here like theft, speeding cars, and unsafe neighbors. I am sure that has to do with there close location to the freeway. But if your willing to over look that the rent and bills are cheap and it is in a good location for getting around. Staff is fair, maintenance is does a ok job and they always come at least by the next day if not same day. Its ok if you can get a quiet building and a parking spot that's not a building away. But with the monthly price you could get a lot better if you paid the extra 50 bucks somewhere else. Good Luck!
