BUYER BEWARE!!! I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Please be advised that Thomas Fence and Irrigation Company asks for your money up front and then does not complete the job as contracted. Specifically, I hired ROB THOMAS owner 803-548-4822 or 803-389-2099 to install a $3,000.00 fence. He asked for all the money up front. I was foolish and complied with his request. He completed half of my fence and has not returned to finish the job nor has he brought the remaining material. After numerous calls went initially went unreturned by him, I finally was able to get in contact with him upon which he stated that he will not complete the job unless I paid him more money. Although I have initiated legal action, I am left with an uncompleted fence and out $3,000.00 not to mention the unpleasant and vulgar verbal abuse that I had to endure from Rob Thomas. BUYER BEWARE!!! \r
