I don't come in very often, but have known you all for so many years, it is kind of like seeing family again. Dr. Jacka is probably as good as they come. It is worth the drive to keep coming back to Federal Way. more

I have been going to Dr. Jacka since I can remember. Everytime I come in everyone is so nice. The staff makes you feel like everythings going to be ok. I wouldnt want to go to anyone else. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!! more

If you're looking for a family friendly, professional, clean atmosphere, then this dental office is for you. The staff is always friendly and they make you feel welcome and at ease. Scheduling appointments, insurance questions and account questions are always handled discretly and promptly. The office (including the rest room) is always clean and well maintained. There is a small children's play area that has toys and books. Dr. Jacka is very professional and has a very gently caring spirit. He's extremely intune to your needs and fears and takes the time to insure you're comfortable during your procedures. He's a wonderful dentist and our family highly recommends his office. more

I have been very satisfied with my treatment at Dr. Thomas Jacka's office. This dental team is fabulous. I have experienced only professionalism from all staff that I have come in contact with, and they take the extra time to explain not only the procedures, but make their patients feel comfortable and relaxed. My mother, husband, 8 year old daughter and I are patients for several years now, and we couldn't be happier! My daughter loves to come to the dentist and help out!! Thanks for making our experience worthwhile! more

Dr. Jacka and his staff are outstanding providers of dental health care! Everybody from the front office staff to the hygienists and assistants are warm and caring professionals. One of our earliest experiences with Dr. Jacka was when he met us in his office on a Sunday, after our 5 year old daughter's bicycle accident! She's 23 now, and has moved out of state - but wants to come back to him for her dental work! After moving many times throughout my husband's military career, and experiencing many dentists, we couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Jacka! He and his staff are gentle and calming to anyone who feels uncomfortable with dental procedures. more
