They made me a deal! 9/17/2010

I don't think any other car dealer would have taken me on, but Thomas Auto Sales' in-house financing department approved me for a loan and I was riding in my new truck the same day. i'm so glad I went here! Not only do they have a polite and knowledgable staff, but they have great prices too. more

Bait and Switch 12/4/2009

I spent three weeks looking for a deal on an AWD vehicle. I am a very busy doctor. I saw a deal that was too good to be true. I tried to lock down the purchase of the vehicle over the phone. They didn't seem too interested in selling it, and wanted to interest me in other vehicles. When I said that I will cancel my appointments and come in, they told me it was sold. I'm only putting one star because it won't let me put zero. Pros: None? Cons: Bait and switch sales techniques more
