If I have to call them back one more time I will be very angry. 2/6/2015

Last year I had Thermo Direct install a new furnace. For some reason they didn't install an air duct when they installed the furnace which would stop the wind from coming down the chimney and knocking out the pilot light.The pilot light kept going out over the last ten months and I had to keep calling them to relight it. Finally this Tuesday they decided that I would need a air duct. My question is "why didn't they tell me this before?" I have had to pay them time and time again to relight my pilot light. This has cost me a lot of money. Furthermore if I am purchasing a furnace I would expect that the air duct would be included because without it the furnace isn't really working. If I have to call them back one more time I will be very angry. more

Prompt, professional, and polite service. 2/5/2015

Thermo Direct provides prompt, professional, and polite service. I decided to try them out after I had been dissatisfied with a company who installed a unit for my heating and air conditioning. I like that they always arrive when they say they will, and they make sure to keep our place clean when they come in to do our work. I have been so satisfied with their work that I actually have them coming in soon to do more work for me. I would recommend them without a doubt. more

The reasons why im excited about Thermo Direct, they are respectful, on the phone or in person. They treat your home as if it were their own. Yes, the wear those blue shoe covering, but if they have any trash they put it in the right place. They're knowledgeable on what they are doing. You get answers that you understand. They are a fair company. more

Very Professional 12/17/2012

Thermo Direct installed a new heating unit in my home. They explained which unit was most efficient and installed the one I decided to buy. They did very well. They were very professional and they cleaned behind themselves. Everything was left nice and neat. more

Hard workers, made the airflow from our AC unit to all the rooms in our house much better 6/29/2012

Thermo Direct came on a hot day and worked all through the day. Seemed real knowledgeable, consistent and stayed on the job. Took a very short lunch break and made sure the air didn't need to be off for very long. I can tell from what they did that we should have used them a long time ago because the flow of air in our home has greatly improved. more

High-touch customer service, trustworthy, and you'll get your money's worth. 11/18/2010

I found Thermo Direct among other AC/Heating companies online and called them. I was very pleased to support a family-owned business that has been in business for 12 years with an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. They have high-touch customer service. We purchased a contract and had them come out in the summer. Then, we decided to purchase a new AC/Heating unit from them. Everything turned out well. We're warm. They City came out to inspect the unit today and the inspector said that the contractor did "an excellent job." You can trust Thermo Direct, you'll get your money's worth, and they will come no matter what time of day. more

It has been good. 11/18/2010

I rate them a 4 rather than a 5 because they did not show for an appointment, but when they do show, they are very nice and respectful. The technicians explain everything well, and they were nice to my dog. I have a service contract with Thermo Direct, so they come put in the spring and fall to inspect my heating and air conditioning units. it has been good. Most recently, they had to replace a part. I was not expecting them to switch out a part and I did not have the money, but they let me postdate a check, which I thought was really nice. more

Everything went smoothly. 11/12/2010

They came right away, gave me an estimate and explained what was going on. I was in a rush because I was trying to refinance, and they worked me in as quickly as possible. They were quick to respond to any questions and the installers did a really good job. They said they would be here between 8:00 and 9:00 and they arrived at 8:30. They worked all day and they did not leave a mess. They did run into some problems, but they were able to fix them. My interactions with their customer service people have been very helpful. I worked closely with Wanda, who helped me contact different financing places. We also worked a lot through email, which was very helpful for me because I was traveling. Everything went smoothly. more

The best Service and Knowledge out there! 8/19/2009

I called Thermo Direct when my system went out a while ago. The repair guy came out and quickly fixed the problem. They were at my house within an hour and even got me a 45.00 check back from Progress Energy for cleaning my unit! I was very impressed and they are my hvac guys for life! more
