The Yellow Cactus restaurant was opened in April of 2009, by a husband and wife. The wife dreamed of owing her own one day. The husband made it happen. We both worked long days and a lot of hours. But today we would say they paid off. We have a wonderful restaurant, the employees are friendly, food is great and the atmosphere is upbeat. The best thing is the customers.
