The Women's Choice

This was my first time visiting Professional Gynecological Services and it was an overall horrible experience. I had an 8:30am appointment but apparently several people did. It took hours to be seen. A woman tech brought me to a room to perform a sonogram on me. She didn't have the courtesy to leave the room while I undressed or while I got dressed after. She didn't speak or explain anything to me. She just took likes of pics and told me to get dressed. A while later a doctor came and got me. She never told me my her name. We sat down in an office and she confirmed that I was pregnant but said that the sonogram showed nothing and that it maybe too earlier. Just a week prior my regular doctor performed a sonogram on me and said I was 8 weeks along and gave me a picture of it so I was surprised by the doctors statement. When I told her this she said ""Well I don't see anything"". She took a blood test and said they would follow-up with me. The assistant at the front desk told me that in order to use my insurance I would have to pay the $500 deductible and then pay them $180 out my pocket. I told her that I've had a sonogram a week before at another Doctor's office and that I paid nothing. She said that they would probably bill me. I paid but I later confirmed with my insurance company that all I need to pay was my $20 copay. I honestly see the whole experience as a huge SCAM. Do not go here. The staff is rude and unprofessional and they will try to overcharge you. more

Well worth the 25 minute train ride from LES for the peace of mind of a real pregnancy test, the one I bought at the store came with 2 sticks and one said positive the other said negative! I was ready to scream! My friends sister works here so I figured I could get in and out, didn't realize that no appointment was necessary for a pregnancy test, and that it was free, why did even bother with the sticks? Anyway got in and out in 30 minutes and was able to speak to the female Doctor, sorry don't remember her name! But she was nice and I think I will switch over to her for regular gyno appointments, place is nice clean and huge, not some shady tiny office that feels like someones house. more

Could not have been any happier with this place, everyone answered my questions, I didn't have to wait long, they took my insurance, and they even checked up on me afterwards to make sure I was ok days after my procedure. more

Every time I've gone to women's choice I get such great service. I never have to worry about an uncomfortable environment or a rude staff. This is definitely an area where you want consistency and they definitely offer it. more

Although under not so great circumstances, I'm glad I decided to go to them. I felt completely safe with the doctors and the staff is awesome. Very good at what they do! more

awesome clinic, wouldnt switch gynos for the world. they get me and know me really well by now. happy to see so many people are also having good experiences with them! more

i cannot speak highly enough of them. i am so grateful for their kindness and how well they treat their patients. nobody has anything to be ashamed of while here and they really make women feel comfortable. i've even told some of my friends about it and now they're going to them. more

I'm so glad I finally found them. I'd spent so many years jumping from obgyn to obgyn always settling for mediocre ones. But I was tired of just having ""ok"" service and now I don't have to worry about it! Their staff is really helpful and super informative. A really comfortable place and you feel relaxed while there. more

I should have came here first, went to ""Planned..."" first and they were just not even close to the same level of attention. This is the place to go if you don't want to be treated like an appliance. I was very happy with how comforting everyone was. I'm changing my primary OB/GYN to this place as they are obviously much more informed than smaller offices. more

been to them for a few exams now...pretty inexpensive too. their good at making you feel relaxed and all of the staff is very nice and helpful. more

I love the doctors and staff here!!! They are always so cheerful when I have an appointment and make me feel like I am catching up with someone I've known for a while. Been going to them for about a year now and never had one complaint. Truly excellent physicians who treat patients very well. more

Like most women, i am very picky when it comes to who is gonna be examining my lady parts. I had been searching for the right obgyn for a long time when a friend told me about this place. It was such a relief to finally find a place where i felt comfortable. This was over two years ago and now the women's clinic has seen me through multiple exams and a pregnancy. more

i had never been to an obgyn before and was VERY nervous. a good friend of mine goes here and said she really liked it so i checked it out. the entire team here is just so nice! my nerves were all gone by the time of my exam. the dr. makes you feel so calm and really takes the time to get to know you. more

The doctors here are great. The most important part of what they do is to make women feel comfortable and like they can go to them for anything. They definitely excel in that department. I was nervous heading there but was quickly put at ease with their warm and excellent service. more

what a fabulous place! i go here every year to get tested and for various other exams. the doctors are the best! theyre not jsut great at their job but they are friendly and funny too! this is a def safe space where any woman can go and not feel judged at all. i am so happy with it i know that should i ever decide to have kids, i will for sure use them through my pregnancy. more

I've been going to them for a while now and every ""lady"" exam I have gone to them for has always been as uncomfortable as possible (it is always going to be a bit..akward). The doctors and staff are very nice and are very helpful too. more

i began going here after learning i was pregnant with my first child a few months ago. every visit is pleasant and the entire staff makes you feel very welcome. i know that i have found my doctor for all of my future pregnancies! more
