loved the service. Very nice technician 7/5/2013

I needed the gears in my opener replaced. They kept sticking together and they were wearing down fast. So the technician came out and quoted me an estimate for new gears to be installed, and a new opener installation. I decided to just replace the gears, so he got right to it.! I really apprciate the hard work. more

Quick and polite 7/2/2013

Their service was quick and very polite. Our pulley for our garage broke off,broke and the garage door didn't have sensors on it when we bought the house!! The technician came out and fixed the complete motor and set us up with sensors! Thank you for taking great care of our garage door! more

I love this company 6/13/2013

My wife convinced me it was time to replace our old garage door! I kept pushing it off thinking the process would be an extremely expensive and frustrating hassle. With this company, it was just the opposite. The technician came, gave me aresenble price and start working the same day and after few days we had our amazing garage door installed! thanks guys!! more

brillient guys. Beautiful work 5/17/2013

We needed our sensors to be replaced, because it was causing our door to freak out. It was go back up everytime we tried to put it down all the way, but it just would not stop going back up. So I had you guys come out and take a look, and within the hour, we had new sensors. I thank you so much. more

They were so nice about helping me find the perfect garage door for me. they provided me a great good warranty deal, so I would not have to worry about it ruining or breaking. After checking with various other companies, I realized they are the cheapest. They really are the fastest and most professional garage company that I worked with. I can honestly say that I am very pleased with their work. Any time I have a problem with my garage door, they are there in minutes ready to work. Loved them. more

I called The Winston Salem Garage Door Team late Monday afternoon when the garage door stopped working. The spring was broken. He told us that he would be able to come out the next day if we did not need him immediately, and that was fine. He came out within the time frame he gave us, so he was on time, and he told us what needed to be done. Our garage door area is older, and there were a few things that were cracked which we hadn't noticed. He showed us what needed to be fixed. He got the job done and cleaned up after himself. The door works very well. He also have us some information about how to take better care of the door as well. His price seems fair. We got good and prompt service for the price. more

I called today to get an estimate on getting my garage door opener either fixed or replaced. The Winston Salem Garage Door Team was able to get to my house a few hours after we spoke, quickly diagnosis the issue, and quoted me a very reasonable price. 3 hours after my initial call, my garage door is fixed and I couldn't be happier with the service. more
