Will Never recommend! I would like to thank the staff of The Water Source in Wappinger's Falls for being the rudest, unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. Specifically a girl named Jaime and her Service Manager Dana. I will NEVER recommend you guys and hope that you learn to communicate better to people when making service appointments! To ANY one who is looking for a water treatment system with a service department to back such an expensive investment I would go to Jones Plumbing and Heating. Super professional from the word go. No only were they able to come to my house on the same day of a call, they also were courteous about having to wait a few minutes since my car died sitting outside The Water House waiting to speak to the Owner. They were amazing! To John Walleck, you seriously need to retrain your staff. You will continue to lose many clients due to their not communicating your policies when booking appointments. Also to get a 24 hour emergency service apparently you have to beg for one since when you call for service is never offered. And you have a confirmation call the day of the appointment that you are never told at the time of making the appointment. Their policy is if you don't confirm over the phone, your technician is never sent to you home.Then after you have a complaint just NOT answering the phone and sending it to your service manager's voice mail with never a phone call back, then when I go to the store directly to hopefully speak to the owner I was told to wait in my car and then the State Police was called to have me removed from the premise. After explaining to the police my issues the owner came and took over. Unfortunately the taken care of was giving me the number to another company Jones plumbing and heating who were incredible! The WATER SOURCE : The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Sorry You'll never get my recommendations or my business again. But obviously it was very clear that our business never mattered.
