Customer for Life! 4/15/2010

On my first visit with them I went in for glasses. At the time I had been using contacts and had ran out,and my one side of my last pair had ripped. I was flying blind. The Doctor was kind enough to give me a free contact exam so that I could have 'something' while I was waiting for my glasses to come in.\r The owner was happy to give me a couple of trial sets of contacts and I was safe. I appreciate what they did and I will never go anywhere else. I have since moved more than 45 minutes south and will make the trip up to them to get their service. \r \r The Best Staff and Optometrist I've encountered. Anette is Very Helpful and I would recommend this store to anyone!! \r \r D. Rogers more

Could write a book on customer service 10/9/2008

This is by far the best eyecare office I have ever been too. The Dr. Cramer is personable yet professional. The staff goes above and beyond helping and suggesting eyewear that is perfect for your needs and wants. I ended up with three pair because I never knew lenses were available that would help my job and my golf game. more

contacts 10/30/2005

i had visited other places for buying my contacts but did not get satisfactory service. This could have been because my requirement was very specific. the staff here were patient and helped me choose the contacts that fit me - seeing me disappointed, they did give me a free sample of lens cleaning solution. i was initially attracted to their place because of their deal of free contact lens check up, if we buy the lens with them. i would certainly recommend this place for regular contacts - especially with this deal in place, i think it is a value-for-money place. more

Great Optometrist! 9/2/2005

I highly recommend The Visionary and Dr. Kramer for all of your eye health needs. Dr. Kramer is so nice and funny and she's very thorough. She was the first eye doctor to diagnose my eye problem correctly. Everyone on her staff is nice as well. They have a wide selection of frames for your glasses and it's just a nice and comfortable place to go. more
