This was my first time moving out and it has been the worst experience EVER!!!! I seriously think I'm traumatized. My sister and i have had an endless amount of problems from day one. Ranging from management, bugs, rodents, theft, loose animals etc...
I have seen unknown bugs in addition to cock roaches, caterpillars, slugs, centipedes, spiders, beetles, etc... and an infestation of house ants as well as flying ants wtf!?!?! Nothing was handled in a timely manner. There were months where we could not stay in our rooms due to the infestation, and before they sprayed for this flying ant infestation, I had to remove all of my bedroom furniture from that room. What a disaster!?!
The management (kim) was very rude and demeaning as if we were peasants. They lied, saying they informed us of things that they really didn't. Liars!!! Make sure you keep all documents if you live here.
As if living conditions couldn't get worse, there was constant noise. I was on the bottom floor and heard ppl walking on the 3rd floor. Walking!!! We've personally had our apartment broken into and had 2 of our friends cars broken into as well. I've seen the police in our complex more than a few times.
There was a psycho neighbor that was off her meds and threatened my friends, a domestic violence incident, and a blood trail going down the stairs.They guarantee to have the hill plowed during tough weather and there have been several slide offs; (luckily not me).
I was under the impression that this was a fairly nice area with a decent price. With the amount of problems I've had here, i may as well have lived in the projects (for less).
I'd never recommend these apartments to my worse enemy. WARNING!!!
