Easy to work with, walked me through everything 5/7/2012

Chang and Carlin LLC was easy to work with, walked me through everything, and helped me feel in control. I used them for the bankruptcy services and was very happy with the job they did. Everything was done in a timely manner, and they kept me updated with everything happening. I have already recommended them to people in a similar situation because of the quality of work and communication. more

Professionalism!! 5/2/2012

I liked the professionalism at Chang & Carlin LLP! They answer your questions, and return e-mail and phone calls. If the particular attorney you worked with wasn't available, anybody that answers will get you another attorney to pass the buck along. I have actually recommended Chang & Carlin LLP to other people. I was actually doing research on the whole subject of bankruptcy and Chang & Carlin LLP had a lot of information out there. A human being answers the phone, which you don't find very often! My meeting went well and I just decided to follow through from there! more

Amazing experience, no problems. 3/30/2012

Chang & Carlin LLP is an excellent, superior law firm. I tried other outfits, which were all ambiguous about what I was supposed to do. One visit with Marina Ricci, and she told me I had a good case. Everything was very smooth and done well without aggravation. It was a fantastic experience. Marina Ricci was excellent, very professional, and completely up to date. I had no problems at all. more

Chang & Carlin handled everything phenomenally. From the beginning to the end, they answered every question we had in plain speak. They made sure we understood everything before we left. Everybody in their office was willing to help answer our questions. It was really cool. They made the experience a lot easier to deal with. We were really stressed out going into the bankruptcy. They made it so much easier and gave us the feeling of being in control. more

The level comfort is there. 3/12/2012

I was very uncomfortable with filing for bankruptcy. Chang & Carlin LLP made me feel really comfortable. I didn't have money to pay them up front, and they were very patient with that. They let me know that I would need to pay them before they could do the filing. There was no harassment from them. They are not out to con you out of money, they are all about helping you to get through the system. They were very patient with me, and when I asked questions they were prompt with returning my calls and emails. They made the whole process very painless. Especially in a time where your pride is hurt, they are there for you and on your side. It's been about 2 years since I originally worked with them, and about a year since I completed the process. Even so, I emailed them about 3 months ago, a few times, with some questions that I had, and again, they were very prompt in getting back to me with proper answers. Just because the process is done, they don't forget about you. more

Chang & Carlin are just very professional and helpful in terms of in depth knowledge. They knew all the inner working about the law pertaining to the case. They gave me different options of what to do in certain circumstances. They were able to explain things in terms that I could understand. They made sure we knew what was happening, why, and what to expect next. They also have an excellent team of paralegals at the top of their game. They were very friendly. more
