It took three months to get our diminished value claim settled but every step of the way, St. Lucie Appraisers was by our side, advising us how to answer insurance company misdirections, etc. Best to seek out these guys if you plan to go after diminished value of your car after a wreck. more

Litigation Advice 1/19/2019

The diminished value appraisal you obtain is important but choosing the right representation for your case is just as critical. A difference-maker between getting fair treatment and failure. Do not try to litigate without at least consulting an attorney. For the cost of a session with a lawyer you'll be armed and ready for the insurance company's attorney in small claims court. In civil trials your attorney can represent you in person, essentially protecting you from yourself. more
