I have a second home in North Conway, NH. I did use this firm in the past. They took weeks, sometimes never, to get back to us. Work was done wrong. I never had a working system at my home there, and in the end - paid another company to come in and fix the bad work. more

Poor Sales Efforts 8/3/2011

Just not friendly, and if you do not want to spend a million dollars they treat you like a bad person. I would suggest that anyone who wants good service, and people who want to answer questions prior to buying, stay a mile away from this place. \r \r I was in there, and would like to buy a smaller tv, cash and carry, and did not want to go to a box store. These guys changed my mind about that! Just did not want to take the time to help me. more

I was very taken aback by the high prices, and also\r felt like they did not want to talk to me - unless I was\r a big hitter. Not a store to go to if you want a good deal,\r that is clear. more

Poor Service, Slight Arrogance--good product 8/11/2009

They seem very knowledgable about the product that is out there. I have made many purchases thoughout the years at this establishment. The only black mark I see is the the employees unwillingness to engage a customer and if/when they do they seem to want to hurry you through the process and not spend much time helping you with Q&A's. Unless of course your looking for that $5000 dollar purchase, then you might get some attention. Its called customer service people. Perhaps they should rethink there approach. more
