Waste of time & money 3/20/2011

Great concept--interesting menu for omnivores and herbivores--but what a disappointment. Stopped in for a quick bite. We were seated in 10-15 minutes as predicted, but the service was very slow and we waited over an hour for our food, which was mediocre at best. We thought this would be a treat for our 9-year-old vegetarian son, but they were out of the things he was looking forward to trying. To add insult to injury, the bill was $48 for two adults and two children (no alcohol). There is no children's menu and everything is overpriced. Paid $9 for an egg, cheese, and vegetarian sausage sandwich. So our quick bite cost us 2 hours and the rest of March's entertainment budget. Will not go there again! more

Disapointed vegetarian 12/1/2010

The menu is really awesome. So many vegetarian and vegan options! But it took 20 to get the guacamole appetizer, and it was bland. It was just shy of an hour since sitting down that our entrees arrived. I had the tofu burrito, and it was ok but I wasn't too impressed. The atmosphere was cool and the music was good. Absolutely awesome options for vegetarians and carnivores alike! Best veggie burger I've ever had and an awesome Vegan Blt! Everything fresh, staff are super friendly and the music is always awesome...even got a free afternoon vodka cocktail worth 8 bucks! Waiter didn't understand my Irish accent I'm pretty sure and brought me a hard strawberry lemonade instead of just plain....it was so good I actually drank nearly half of it before I realized it was alcoholic ! I reccomend those! hehe. If this place was in Europe it'd be full of douchebags and posers..but it seems to have a good mix of client?le and is great for people watching too :) more

Really good food, breakfast all day, build-your-own-salad rocks! Best breakfast burrito in town. Highly recommend! Pros: Good food, fun atmosphere Cons: May not get out fast more

AWESOME 2/28/2010

i finally went here and i am so glad i did. as i vegetarian, it was really great to see so many options for me, besides run of the mill things like salads or soup. the atmosphere's great and the food was THE BOMB! i got the veggie rueben... so good, i highly recommend it. they've also got a full bar. service was good, everyone was pleasant. 10/10. definitely going back. Pros: lots of vegetarian/vegan options Cons: none that i can think of more

Vegans/vegetarians and meat eaters alike will love the food here. They offer plenty of options for those with dietary restrictions (including gluten free bread) but without sacrificing taste. Even though most of the food on the menu is made with soy, they still offer meat like chicken, etc. Great for dates! It's also cute and cozy located in downtown Raleigh! Wonderful 10/3/2009

I have been to Remedy 4 times now and I have loved it! The nachos are just killer and the staff is friendly and efficient. There needs to be more places like this in town! Pros: Nachos are delicious! Cons: none! more
